What is url redirection?
What is url redirection?
Article
DNS Plus provides URL Redirection or Web Forwarding. An option with Web Forwarding is to cloak the forwarding, hiding the URL of the page that you are forwarding to and keeping your domain name in your visitor's browser.
Turn this:
http://www.geowebsites.com/121212/ReallyLongURL/homepage.html
Into this:
http://www.johndoe.com
That works fine, but what if you want to change the text that appears in the browser's title area? Or manage keywords and descriptions to help people find you? That is where our Advanced Web Forwarding comes in. It allows you to add a title, keywords and a description to your cloaked Web Forwarding, and more!
